The 2006 NPC Mountain Valley Bodybuilding & Figure championships were held on October 28th at the Riveredge Complex in Reading, PA. The show is run by NPC Promoters Craig & Chrissy Johnson, Jack Sassaman & Brenda Simmon. Click here for the Mountain Valley MySpace profile.

Guest Posers:

There were many top level national bodybuilders on hand. There was Elena Seiple and Pat Grecio of New Jersey, who guest posed. Then their was Michele Brent from Philadelphia, PA. IFBB Pro Brian Chamberlin was there to cheer on many of his clients. The mc for the show was none other than Mr. Bill Grant - former Mr. America & Mr. World, and creator of Bill Grant's Creatine Cocktail.

Last, but not least, was the special guest poser, the German Beast - Mr. Markus Ruhl, he weighed in at 305 lbs and looked awesome.

Acquired National Qualifier Status:

Thanks to the overwhelming support of the Reading and surrounding area, the NPC has awarded the 2007 Mountain Valley national qualifier status - meaning the top 2 qualify to compete at the National level.
