The NPC Max Muscle Body Building and Figure Championships, which was held in Fresno California March 18, 2006 was a great success. Promoter, Kathy Kinzle of Max Muscle Visalia said this was the best show to date. With over 1200 people in attendance, the crowd was energized and excited to see their perspective friends and family on stage.
Emcee for the evening was none other then IFBB Pro, Shawn Ray... what a difference an Emcee makes. Shawn brought charisma and knowledge to the stage as well as a vibrant smile.
With a total of 42 competitors and numerous crossovers, it was a great show. See who won below.
Ronnie Coleman, 8 time Mr. Olympia showed up in the nick of time, around 9:00 pm to guest pose for an anxious crowd. He was massive in every aspect of the word. While he did not do an encore, he was on hand in the lobby to sign photo's and take pictures with the fans. People came as far from the north as Eureka and equally as far from the south as Beverly Hills.
All and all it was a great event.
