Bodybuilding.com entered the realm of MMA in a big way Saturday night June 10, in Cleveland, Ohio. Bodybuilding.com helped sponsor the "Gladiator Fight Series" championships at "Fight Nite in the Flats 2." In all, four champions were crowned.

The evening started with Ring Girl and Miss Bodybuilding.com Gina Lara and ring girls Ashley and Pamela along with teen bodybuilding sensation Tommy Miller greeting the 4,000 fans as they entered the Plain Dealer Pavilion in the legendary "Flats" section of downtown Cleveland. Bodybuilding.com's crew passed out free nutritional samples, gloves, coupons and T-shirts to the appreciative fans.

Bodybuilding.com's booth also hosted special guests as added excitement to the evening. Greeting fans were UFC superstar Stephan "American Psycho" Bonnar, women's Pan Am gold medalist in BJJ and #1 ranked women's MMA fighter "Lethal" Lana Stefanac, veteran MMA and Arnold Classic fighter and Team Hammer House member Wes "The Project" Sims, Chuck Norris' World Combat League middleweight champ Ryan "The Lion" Madigan, former "Toughman" champ Jason "Freebird" Freeman, former "Pride" and "King of the Cage" champ Dan "The Bull" Bobish, and legendary shootfighting instructor and leader of Team Strong Style Marcus Marinelli, and Bodybuilding.com's own Gina Lara signed autographs for fans in between her ring girl duties.

At The Booth.

The action in the "cage" was spectacular as Team Strong Style of Independence, Ohio fielded 3 of the 4 champions crowned. Winning the "Fight Nite in the Flats 2" Gladiator Fight Series MMA welterweight title in his final fight was Cleveland policeman Jeff Cox. Team Hammer House's Rob "The Bullrider" Wince won the lightheavyweight crown.

Are You Ready For The Cage?

Team Strong Styles Josh "Heavy" Hendricks won the Heavyweight crown with a superb 1st round armbar for his seventh win in a row. And in the superheavyweight match, former "KOTC" champ Dan "The BULL" Bobish quickly won the championship belt with a ref's stoppage by strikes in the first round.

The fight night was capped off by Bodybuilding.com's Gina Lara hosting the afterparty at the Beachcomber club with Chicago rock band "Ten96" rocking the Flats.
