This is our 4th year hosting this event and just like every year before it, this year was bigger and better than the previous years.

Every year the Boise Fitness Expo gives local athletes, those interested in becoming fitness, figure, and bodybuilding competitors as well as those just wanting tips on becoming more fit the chance to see champion and pro bodybuilders and national fitness stars as well as professional athletes.
