The event is held in the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, WA.

Thursday April 28th:

12:00 to 8:00 pm

Friday April 29th:

9:00 to 11:00 am

11:00 am - Fitness and Figure Competitor Meeting.

11:30 am - Doors open to public.

12:00 Noon - IFBB Pro Fitness & Emerald Cup Fitness and Figure Judging.

4:00 to 6:00 pm - Emerald Cup Bodybuilding Registration and check-in.

4:00 to 6:00 pm - Venue Closed (approximately)

6:00 pm - Doors open to public.

7:00 pm - IFBB Pro Fitness and Emerald Cup Fitness & Figure Finals.

Saturday April 30th:

9:00 am

10:00 am - Bodybuilding Judging.

12:30 pm - Muscle & Fitness/Flex Superstar Seminar featuring
Ronnie Coleman

2:00 - 5:30 pm - Venue closed.

5:30 pm - Doors open for exhibitors.

5:45 pm - Doors open to public.

6:20 to 6:55 pm - Big Screen Video by Terry Photo.

7:00 pm - Emerald Cup Bodybuilding Finals.

10:30 pm - End of show, party at the Azteca Restaurant.

Contest Hotel:

Bellevue Sheraton Hotel, (Formerly the Bellevue Hilton) $85.00 per night, single through quad occupancy. The Bellevue Sheraton is walking distance from the Meydenbauer and next door to the Azteca Restaurant. The Sheraton offers a restaurant featuring a Special Fitness Menu, complimentary gym, shuttle service and remodeled rooms featuring Sheraton Sleeper beds.
