The 2004 Junior California Bodybuilding & Figure championship was held on June 26th in Pasadena, CA. This was the first annual and was held in conjunction with the NPC Western Collegiate Championships.

Ryan Bentson won his class and the overall. Masae Parker won the short figure and overall. Glennzon Matanza won the novice division. Edwin Bojorquez won the teen class. Obviously Cheri Owen won her class.
