Can't believe there aren't more comments on here. I found this video in 2009. I was an athlete but let it slip and was flabby and out of shape. This video series changed my life, and taught me how to work out for the first time without a trainer/coach telling me what to do in the gym. So happy it's still here (and free!). In 2012, I'm finding it harder to stay motivated so I'm going to be starting this again. THANK YOU KRIS!
