Food Storage & Transportation
By using a cooler bag you can keep all your food for the day with you. Using tupperware and icepacks you'll keep your food fresh. Having food with you will also help prevent cheating.
In case of emergencies, it's a good idea to have a few protein bars with you. You never know when you might need an extra meal and you don't want to be stuck without a quick source of protein.
