Cardio

20 minutes of intense cardio.

Preparing your food

Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

ground beef 14 oz


egg whites 3 oz


Yolk 1


oats 1 1/2 cups


taco seasoning 1/2 bag


Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together by hand.
  2. Kneed the mixture into little balls.
  3. Place in a muffin baking tray.
  4. Put in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees

Egg White Pancakes

Ingredients

egg whites 10-12


oatmeal 1 cup


Optional Toppings

Fat free yogurt


almond butter


pineapple


sugar free syrup


Directions
  1. Wisk egg whites and oats together with a fork.
  2. Spray frying pan with Pam.
  3. Cook batter on medium heat with a sheet of aluminum foil over the pan.
