Day 9 Cardio

20 minutes of intense cardio.
Preparing your food
ground beef 14 oz
egg whites 3 oz
oats 1 1/2 cups
taco seasoning 1/2 bag
- Mix all ingredients together by hand.
- Kneed the mixture into little balls.
- Place in a muffin baking tray.
- Put in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
Egg White Pancakes
egg whites 10-12
oatmeal 1 cup
Fat free yogurt
sugar free syrup
- Wisk egg whites and oats together with a fork.
- Spray frying pan with Pam.
- Cook batter on medium heat with a sheet of aluminum foil over the pan.
