Motivation Tips

Motivation can be the difference between success and failure. Towards the end of a transformation program, when your energy levels are lower and cravings are increased, motivation can be very important.


Stay Away From Negative People

Even when someone has your best interest at heart, it's always better to listen to your own advice. Don't let people tell you can't or shouldn't try to make a transformation. In the end you'll be a positive influence for your friends and family.


Don't Give In To Social Pressure

When you're out eating with friends don't be worried about bringing your own protein shake or bar. Most people won't notice and if they do you can take the opportunity to motivate them.


Be Accountable

Keep your before picture up somewhere to remind yourself how far you've come. Be sure to track your progress in your diary or on BodySpace as well.


Motivational Quotes

Keep some motivational quotes on the fridge to keep your focus on your goals.
