Daily Trainer: Tuesday, Week 11

Tuesday Week 11:
Tuesday Week 11: Cardio:
50 minutes of intense cardio.
Spanish Rice & Taco Meat:
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 1 ¾ cups water
- 1 ts cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup onion flakes
- 8 ounces of tomato sauce
- Taco Seasoning
Brown your rice in olive oil for about 8 minutes. Add water, cumin, salt onion flakes and tomato sauce.
Simmer on low heat for 14 minutes.
Brown your hamburger and drain the fat. Stir taco seasoning into hamburger.
- 2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Casein
- Tablespoon of almonds
- Tablespoon of blueberries
- Water (more or less depending on desired consistency)
Mix ingredients together in a bowl and chill in the refridgerator.
- Protein Isolate
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon almonds
- pineapple chunks
Microwave oats and water for about two minutes. Add 2 scoops of protein isolate, almonds and pinapple.
