Cardio

50 minutes of intense cardio

Spanish Rice & Taco Meat

Ingredients

olive oil 2 tbsp


jasmine rice 1 cup


water 1 cup


cumin 1 tsp


onion flakes 1/4 cup


tomato sauce


hamburger


taco seasoning


Directions
  1. Brown your rice in olive oil for about 8 minutes. Add water, cumin, salt onion flakes and tomato sauce.
  2. Simmer on low heat for 14 minutes.
  3. Brown your hamburger and drain the fat. Stir taco seasoning into hamburger.


Dessert Pudding

Ingredients

almonds 1 tbsp


blueberries 1 tbsp


water


Directions
  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl and chill in the refridgerator.

Breakfast

Ingredients

oats 1 cup


water 1 cup


almonds 1 tbsp


pineapple chunks


Directions
  1. Microwave oats and water for about two minutes. Add 2 scoops of protein isolate, almonds and pinapple.
