Protein bars are perfect for people on a program like this. When you're at work or you have deadlines to meet it can be difficult to get a meal in. With a protein bar you have your fats, carbs, protein and all the nutrients you need in one easy to carry meal.
Meal Replacements act as a full meal in a simple powder. These are great for situations where you might be stuck in traffic or caught in an unexpected delay.
Three A Day
While supplements are very convenient, they souldn't take the place of solid meals. Make sure that you are still getting at least three solid meals every day, using bars and MRP's as a supplement only.
