Day 4 Cardio

Remember, you need 10-15 minutes of intense cardio today. Not so hard that you are unable to talk. Make it a power-walk, not a run.
Now before you go shopping be sure to eat a meal. You don't want to be at the store on an empty stomach and be tempted by something unhealthy.
Generally the healthier items are kept around the outside of supermarket. Processed foods like tv dinners and mac-and-cheese are found in the center. Processed foods tend to be full of toxins that your body won't recognize and won't burn off. So stay to the perimeter. There's virtually no reason to be in the center of the store.
