Tuesday Week 7: Cardio:
45 minutes of intense cardio. This is an increase of 5 minutes.
Healthy Eating:
A healthy diet may contain a lot of fruits, dairy or cereal.
The problem with fruit is that it contains fructose (sugar) which can really pile on the calorie count.
Dairy will have a great deal of lactose (another sugar) which is also going to equal more calories to burn off.
The same goes for cereals. They may have added vitamins and minerals but they also have a great deal of sugar.
Fat Loss Eating:
Sugars fall under the category of simple carbs. A fat loss diet should include complex carbs. These carbs don't convert to fat very easily. Some examples of complex carbs are:
The main difference between healthy and fat loss diets is the carbohydrates. Protein and fats stay the same for both plans.
