Carbohydrate Reduction

When you check your progress (scales, measurements, mirror) you may feel you have hit a plateau. If so it may be time to consider a reduction in carbohydrates.

With six servings of carbs a day it's easy to find some to remove. Make sure you take it out of later meals though. Your earlier meals still require carbs for energy.

Types Of Carbs You Can Remove

  • Rice
  • Pasta
  • Potatoes
  • Bread
  • Oats

Types Of Carbs You Can Keep

  • Broccoli
  • Mushrooms
  • Green peppers
  • Cabbage
  • Lettuce


Keep your healthy fats in. You need these for brain function and to prevent cravings.
