When you check your progress (scales, measurements, mirror) you may feel you have hit a plateau. If so it may be time to consider a reduction in carbohydrates.
With six servings of carbs a day it's easy to find some to remove. Make sure you take it out of later meals though. Your earlier meals still require carbs for energy.
