Pineapple is great for this diet because it has digestive enzymes that will help your stomach break down the frequent meals you're taking in. Otherwise you might be feeling bloated and lethargic due to all the work your body is going through to digest those meals. Pineapple will give your body an extra boost with the digestion and keep you from feeling worn out.
A tablespoon of pineapple per meal will work great. If you decide to go with a canned variety of pineapple make sure it doesn't come with added syrups or sugars.
- Green peppers
All of these are great for this diet. Have as much as you want!
- Lemon Juice
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Yellow Mustard
- Creamy dressings like, 1000 Island Dressing
