If you feel you have achieved all of the goals you mapped out, you can reel in your cardio sessions to 3 times per week at 60 minutes, or 6 times per week at 30 minute sessions.
Enjoy a cheat meal once per week and enjoy the balancing act of moderation. Remember, this is a lifestyle change to improve your health, fitness and appearance goals, not an excuse to undo your great work.
