BOISE, IDAHO (November 29, 2005) - The Idaho Stampede in association with the CBA on Tuesday announced that Athletes.com will be the title sponsor for the 26th Annual CBA All-Star Classic. The game will be held at the Qwest Arena in Boise on Jan. 17, 2006, with the Stampede serving as host of the event.

"We are extremely pleased to be the title sponsor for the 2006 CBA showcase event which will bring national exposure to Idaho and Athletes.com," said Russ Deluca, founder and vice president of Athletes.com. "It's a good match for us to be associated with an event that features premiere athletes. Partnering with the Stampede for this special sporting event is a natural for us and we're proud to be part of it."

The official logo for the 2006 Athletes.com CBA All Star Classic was presented to a gathering of Treasure Valley media at a special luncheon held at the Piper Pub & Grill in downtown Boise. The logo, featuring the state of Idaho and the CBA logo, was designed by Doug Shaver of ShaverGraphics and Steve Brandes, assistant GM of the Idaho Stampede.

"We are honored to have Athletes.com as the title sponsor of the CBA's showcase event. Athletes.com and Bodybuilding.com have been long-standing partners of the Idaho Stampede and we feel that their involvement is going to make this a fantastic evening for basketball fans throughout the region," said John Brunelle, president and general manager of the Idaho Stampede.
