I have been trying to bulk up my median and rear delts and have failed miserably. Lat raises, while giving me some small gains, just weren't cutting it. (And yes, I was doing them properly, with all the right angle and technique to target the proper muscles.) Then I discovered this exercise. Don't hold the weight close to your body like this article recommends; instead, let your forearms dangle freely at the elbows, and push out your arms so that the elbows are sticking straight out in line with your body. Concentrate on raising your elbow/upper arm and let the forearms do what they may. Dial in the weight so that you're doing 10-15 reps times 3-4 sets. After I started doing this routine my delts EXPLODED, and yours will too. Give it a try if you haven't been having much luck with the regular shoulder exercises! You'll feel the difference on the first set.-See Less
