I use this exercise in my ab workouts. I have also added an exercise i call The Alligator walkout. Start by placing your arms on the ball. Slowly roll your body across the ball. As you hands toch the floor slide across the ball while you are walking on your hands. Walk out until your feet are on top of the ball. Walk your hands back in reverse as your torso slides across the top of the ball. Balance your middle torso on top and repeat.-See Less
