This is a great exercise--I did it today and you can really feel the burn in your posterior delts afterwards, but at least for me personally, I think it's much easier to control form for this exercise while sitting on an upright bench. Just, obviously, have the weights meet up under the bench at the starting point of the exercise.-See Less
