Weak workout. There are plenty of other Much more engaging workouts than this for shoulders. Keep to military press rather than this. Working out only one arm at a time could prove disastrous in keeping form and balance in body composition. It's an expert workout for the form needed but a beginner's workout for the effort needed. Just skip it, there're better options.-See Less
