Great abdominal exercise for building the mid section, but it comes second to the pike since most people don't have too much of a difficulty building the mid section in their six pack to size, this workout isn't needed nearly as much as something that engages lower and upper abs. Try chin ups, pull ups, or alternating chin and pull ups with the hanging leg raise for a seriously engaging workout. Keep form and flex the abs. Weight the legs for more intensity.-See Less
