easy on the joints and bunch of programs to work on to get your heart rate up. i love this machine to lose weight. i'm going on level 3 on the kilimanjaro program today! wish i could use the trackers to follow my progress and see it in the progress stats but i still log it in with the custom workout..still not the same great machine though. start off on manual and get use to the strides and work yourself up to at least 15 minutes...then think about a program to use and follow. -See Less
