Mar 21, 2010 2:35 PM: This workout is Perfect, only tip I can say is throw out the bands and try this with some dumbbells in hand or a bar across the back of the neck. High weight, low rep. Nothing better or quicker for strong, large abs. To tone, use the bands, otherwise, free weight all the way.
