to get the most out of your push ups, which can really put the hurt on ya. use hex shaped dumbells 25lbs. or so to hold while you do your exercise you can also position the weights at different angles to target different areas of the chest. also, try useing a medicing ball. place one hand on the ball and do a push-up, next rep, roll the ball to the other hand and repeat. works great.-See Less
