Standing EZ-Bar Curl's are my favorite mass builder for biceps. I find the EZ-Bar takes off the painful pressure that a straight bar provides, but does not turn the exercise into a hammer style curl. When doing this, especially with heavier weight, i keep my arms flush with my body, and let the bar go around 10-15 degrees below parallel with the ground. This provides a nice size ROM without butting a huge strain at the bottom. -See Less
