best way to get crazy strong legs that can take down 300 pound man easly is just mastering squats and the way u start and the way u finish.so first rep u do u go down till ur knees are 80 degrees angle and u stay there for 5 seconds after 5 second u do it normal untill the last rep u do the same thing u go 80 degree and stay there for 5 seconds.after u do this ur legs will burn u will feel that ur legs just got run over by some 10 ton truck.thats how u do every set and the last set ,like if u do 4 sets add one more set to just go down and u hold it for 10 to 15 seconds and that is like 5th set but this one will just make just wanna go home after ur workout u will feel like monster after 4 weeks of doing this.but always do this first thing of ur workout.so u will go full strength .good luck -See Less
