Try to 'spread the floor' when performing this movement (imagine trying to spread your feet outward but make sure to keep your feet planted). Try to keep your knees from coming past your toes and keep looking straight ahead. Keep your back straight at all times and DO NOT SACRIFICE FORM FOR WEIGHT.
