Mar 3, 2010 2:49 PM: I do 15-20 slow reps, then raise up to ball of one foot and do partials with one leg at a time. I alternate back and fourth between legs until my reps drop down to 1 or 2. I then do a static hold with each leg and finish with some partials using both legs. High intensity and great pump!
