Apr 30, 2010 4:47 PM: in a romanian, your focus is on sitting the hips back, with the knees only slightly bent. move your hips back as far as your possibly can (your hammies should feel like they are gonna rip off). conventional deadlifts have more or less equal amounts of knee/hip movement. |

Mar 3, 2010 12:05 AM: You use lighter weight and stretch out your hams/glutes/back. Dead lift is explosive, this is more of a stretch. And you barley bend your knees.
