I didnt find this exercise overly difficult and did 4 sets of 10 this afternoon (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bVW2K0wAIJM). One thing to watch is keeping your body straight, otherwise you will quickly feel an ache in your lower back (happened when i first started these).
