Apr 27, 2010 7:29 AM: try adding the pull in to your chest workout, when you have to stabilize yourself during pushups with your feet on the ball you feel it a hell of a lot more. Pull the ball in after every pushup. It elevates level of diffiiculty. |

Feb 16, 2010 2:01 PM: Did these yesterday, and did not find they were enough for myself, as I had to do so many before I felt any burn. Would be great for beginners looking for an easy exercise to tone their stomachs, however.
