Jan 22, 2010 5:41 AM: I like this machine as I get veru good results and the workout is awesome. I start with 45 lb plates on each side and add 10"s for up to 160lbs.

Jan 22, 2011 2:13 AM: would any one recomend not to do 3 sets or barbbell squats then leg presses coz im just starting out and would like some advise. im gonna do legs an back on day 1 then chest and shoulders day3 arms and abs keeping isolation to a minimum. many thanks
