For those complaining this move is for beginners, it's not. If it's feeling too easy, you're either using momentum to get your reps in or your upper torso is too high. You should be feeling it more in your obliques, intercoastals, and serratus. If, however, you have complete control in your motion and perfect form, you can lift your legs up to be 90 degrees (same starting position as a crunch) and you would do the same motion, just going as far as you can go without using momentum and still maintaining form.-See Less
