How does this isolate rec ab? I've tried this and it's common for me to use my hip flexors instead. It probably suggests I've got weak abs but i think good old sit ups and crunches are good enough. How does this isolate rec ab? I've tried this and it's common for me to use my hip flexors instead. It probably suggests I've got weak abs but i think good old sit ups and crunches are good enough.
