All around great exercise for the rear delts and upper back region (Traps). You can do this exercise at face height alone or You can also do this exercise in different variations by lowering the cable to the floor and start off doing upright rows working your way up to the face region doing different sets along the way working the entire rear delts and upper back. It hits them from all angles. One of my all time favorite exercises. -See Less
