Mar 29, 2012 7:09 AM: You probably do like most goobers in the gym and pile on way more weight than you can handle, lift it once or maybe twice, and then slam the weight down damaging it. Leave your ego at the door, lower the weight, and if you still can't do it, there's something wrong. |
