Dec 10, 2011 5:34 PM: ...+See More Yes definitely, i used to do straight arm, after my switch to bent arm, i could do more reps per set and have function in my arm the next day. Im not huge but i definitely notice a difference.
I believe the longer you hold the top position, the faster you gain strength and endurance for that exercise.-See Less
