To help on endurance, find yourself a good flight of stairs. At least a flight that will take you to a next floor. Start from the bottom knock out 3 to 5 reps. To help on endurance, find yourself a good flight of stairs. At least a flight that will take you to a next floor. Start from the bottom knock out 3 to 5 reps. Take a step up and repeat the set again. Make sure to mix which foot you use to step up from left to right to feel a burn in your thighs as well. So much more of a burn on your calves.-See Less
