You really feel the focus on the lower portion of the quads with this one. For those new to this exercise, don't try to use the same amount of weight from your regular squat, because it ain't gonna happen. Due to the position of the bar it will roll forward on you, if your shoulders aren't strong enough to hold the angle. Just like with any other new exercise, start with a lower weight to get used to the proper form, then move up later on. No point in injuring yourself due to ego issues.-See Less
