If you want a stronger neck and to develop a steel jaw, for anybody who is in Mma, boxing or Thai Sawadee. Back In Thailand traditionally what we used to do was to get a dumbbell and tie a rope, cloth, shirt around it then grip the ends of the knot with our mouth as hard as we could, whilst standing, slowly lowering the weight with our neck then bringing it back up. You will be very hard to knock out with a Neck like this! Peace-See Less
