Love it or hate it you gotta include deadlifts in your routine. A piece of advice, perfect your form first and avoid loading up the plates to quickly. Of all the exercises in the gym, deadlifts are the hardest to perfect and easiest to injure yourself with. One final note, do NOT curl your back. Either check your back in a mirror (sideways) or ask someone to check it. If you can't keep it straight, drop the weight. -See Less
