Jul 29, 2011 8:58 PM: Doing a regular dumbbell curl you can probly do more weight so you'll most likely prefer it but in doing regular curl its only your biceps that it works and doing reverse grip is good for your forearms and biceps im suprised you couldnt tell the diffrence if you did heavy weight.
