Jul 22, 2011 2:39 PM: Deadlifts...regular, stiff leg, romanian, sumo, they are all great exercises as working the whole body as well. I've got a herniated disc(slipped disc)due to use too much weight
which made my form lacking, like bending my back. Result was being a long time off with
