Jun 21, 2011 11:20 PM: umm well you have a couple of options, as he said deadifts are a good choice, it you have a power rack which i doubt you could do rack pulls, set the bar so it around knee level and do dead lifts(takes ur legs out of it) you can do good mornings, use extremly light weight and aim for atleast 15 reps....+See More |

Jun 20, 2011 4:55 PM: What are lying back extensions? I am in a facility that has no bench or ball (I know I know but it's all I have to work with right now). I need an alternative that I can do without a spot. Please.
