May 16, 2011 5:25 PM: make sure you're always changing up your sets and reps. I tend to change my sets/reps every 2 weeks or maximum improvement. But you always have to make sure you push yourself. May 13, 2011 1:38 PM: I had the same issue and I just started to do more fly oriented exercises as well I started to let the barbells go as far down as possible for that good stretch/push on the pec. Good luck! |
