Jan 15, 2013 8:48 PM: Some really good variations to this exercise.
1) Put a barbell across your stomach for extra weight
2) Do the one leg variation. One foot on the ground, the other leg straight.
3) Balance your shoulders on a low box/bench for better range of movement.

Jan 23, 2013 1:27 PM: Those variations are also in the database. However, on 1), do not put the barbell across your stomach. Not only is that relatively dangerous, but you want the weight directly opposite your force vector. Place the bar across the hips.
