Great exercise for pumping your pecs, I do it after my Barbell sets and I always feel the chest contraction with this exercise more than any Barbell variation.
I wonder though if the form of the person in the video is 100% correct? Because I personally find it harder and more effective...+See More

I wonder though if the form of the person in the video is 100% correct? Because I personally find it harder and more effective when I lower the dumbbells until they are aligned with my chest, unlike the video tutorial where at their lowest point the dumbbells are still a few inches above the chest?-See Less
