Nov 25, 2009 4:58 AM: I have found that in using a light amout of weight and perfoming the exercise to the true form and focusing on the lat area, works will. Also try leaning forward a little bit, but do not sway your body just hold the position.

Nov 27, 2009 8:13 PM: I use this workout a lot in my routeen it's most effective after I do my seated row then flip it to the rev,lying cable pullover stright arm them flip to the lying cable curl them . Then I beat myself into ga ga land with the stright arm pulldown .
